Delivery Terms

TEKNOS GIFT SHOP'S DELIVERY TERMS

The contents of the shop are visible to everyone who is registered with the gift shop and has the right to order goods. Rights are restricted only to licensed contact persons.

Ordering, delivery and storage of products

Only authorized persons can order products. All orders are placed through the online shop. The buyer accepts the delivery terms when placing an order and receives a confirmation of the order by email. Only confirmed ordering data is binding.

If the consignment exceeds the amount of products in stock, the buyer will be notified immediately by email and can cancel the order or agree on later delivery if stocks of the products will be replenished. If a certain product has a defined consignment size, orders that differ from the defined size must always be made separately.

Unless agreed otherwise, the products will be sent by freight to one delivery address indicated to Fais no later than five working days after placing the order. When placing an order, the buyer should take into account the delivery time required by the shipping method. Delivery costs will be billed in accordance with the mailing and shipping fees valid at the time. Depending on the situation, an attempt will be made to deliver orders by foreign companies together with transport of paint from Rajamäki.

  1. Orders are placed via the online shopping cart and/or on the Order Selected Products page.
  2. Check that your contact information is correct.
  3. Notify us if the delivery address differs from the billing address.
  4. You will receive a receipt for your order by email.
  5. If the product is out of stock, this will be indicated along with information on when it will available again. Products can suddenly run out of stock partly or completely due to increased demand. If this happens, you will be contacted immediately so that delivery terms or cancellation can be agreed.
  6. Products will be shipped from Fais to one delivery address within a maximum of five (5) working days. Deliveries and schedules that differ from this, and the resulting costs, must be agreed in writing separately in each case.

Complaints

The customer or unit receiving the products should inspect the products carefully as soon as they are received and make possible complaints in writing no later than fourteen (14) days after receiving the products. Fais will replace faulty products with new ones or if a replacement is not reasonably possible due to, for example, a long delivery time, refund the price of the products.

Prices and terms of payment

Products will be billed once they are delivered and the payment time is fourteen (14) days net from the date on the bill. The buyer pays shipping costs. Shipping costs will be charged in accordance with the current price list of the shipping company used by Fais or the postal service.

  1. Please enter any possible references/markings to be added to the bill into the "Additional information" field.
  2. Products will be billed to the address provided by the buyer once the products have been delivered.
  3. A handling charge of EUR 6,10, exclusive of VAT, will always be added to the bill for delivery and costs due to delivery (shipping or mailing costs).
  4. Payment time is fourteen (14) days net.
  5. Possible complaints must be made in writing within fourteen (14) days of receiving the products.
